Preggo Teacher

It’s my second official day of teaching.  For the past two weeks of school I had to get a long-term sub because I was not feeling too hot.  Anyhow, I’m happy to say that I’m now about the same weight as I was before I got pregnant!  I know, I know, what progress I’m making.  God has been good though.  I’m about to enter into my 16th week on Friday and my tummy is getting noticeably larger.  None of my pants/skirts fit.    The nasty-bile-saliva taste is almost gone–praise the Lord for that.  Israel is currently in Spain right now for some England Youth Conference…so it’s been quite busy taking care of our zoo.  Next week I’m going to my OB for my next check-up and I think I might be getting an ultra-sound then.  If so, there is a good chance that we will find out the gender of the baby!  That will be exciting.  Well, I need to get going now.  Wanted to let everyone know how we’re doing and we pray that each of you are doing well too…

  1. Judy,I’m glad to hear that you are finally fattening up in your 16th week of baby totin’. It was so delightful to see you during our Korean Wedding Part Deux weekend and to have a walk-talk. I pray that God will bless you in your teaching this year, not only to keep you upright but also to gain much and share much . . . I still think you are having a gurl. 😉

  2. Judy, Just sent you an email and thought I’d check the xanga. Please let me know when the dr.’s visit is! AND JUSTIN! If you’re reading this, PLEASE CLEAN THE CAT SECTION OF THE HOUSE. It’s bad for the baby if Judy cleans it! We might even name the kid after you if you do it 🙂

  3. Wow…Justin you better clean the cat section of the house…imagine having a baby named after you?! heheh
Glad you’re doing better Judy…I’m sure your kids missed seeing you.Let us know if it’s a girl or boy!

  4. JUDY! I miss you. Seriously. I really do. I need to visit you asap. You should have Jenny stay over your place and not go to any classes while Israel is away. haha. Good to hear the weight gain- although like I said before. Man oh man… I hope I am as small as you if I ever get pregnant.

  5. I’m so glad to hear that you’ve, umm….gained weight…sort of. I can’t wait to find out that it’s a girl for sure. I know it is. I told you that the first day you found out you were pregnant! Someone needs to help me out here. I’ve always wondered why it’s bad for pregnant women to clean a litter box. Does anyone know? Judy, does it say anything about that in “What to Expect When You’re Expecting?” Just curious.
Oh, yes. I have a xanga site now. There’s nothing interesting there at the moment, but I’m excited, nonetheless. Anyway, take care Judy. I need to have you over to my apartment sometime soon.

  6. Hey! This is Rose, from OHA and Megabooks in Maine… congrats on the baby news! I don’t know you, Judy, but I’m sure you’re awesome and you’ll make a great mom. And Israel, wow, I can’t believe you’re gonna be a dad but that’s really exciting. I’m really glad to hear everything’s going well for you. I hope the sickness subsides soon and the rest of the pregnancy is totally enjoyable. OK, I saw earlier you posted about wanting name suggestions… here are a few from me since I’m a little behind the times:Girl: Margaret ClaireBoy: Arthur Judah
