True Colors

So we’re (Jen, David, Justin, Alanna, Judy, and IR) playing “True
Colors” at Jen’s place in Berrien Springs.  Have you heard of that
game?  There are a bunch of question cards.  You choose to
ask one of them from the pile and you get to vote which person fits the
question the most.  The name of the game is to guess what others
think about you.

One of the questions was: “Who would you rather be for 24 hours?”
More surprising than the person with the most votes was Judy winning
2nd place!  SHE’S PREGNANT!

So I’m like “JUDY!  Who would want to be Judy!”  I thought
for sure that Jen would have the most votes.  I mean no one wants
to be a pastor, teacher, or CAMPUS worker!

And then Justin Kim is like “I mean, it’s not every day that a man can
experience pregancny.”  And it took a while for me to process that
a man…would…want…to…be…pregnant.

BTW, he’s sleeping right now…on the job.  But he just woke up.

Today’s Alanna Knapp’s B-day.  She’s 26.  All the CAMPUS men,
IR, Justin, Doc, and Bro. Randy took her out to eat…quite an
interesting group of people eating.  Dr. Pipim wore his striped
polo shirt.  Colors: orange, black, and white.  It looked
very “festive.”  Justin’s pizza had chicken, and mine had bacon
(CPK).  I think I might have eaten some of it too!

Judy’s sick…again.  I think she got what I had in SA.  Jen is over though.  She’s taking care of her right now.

  1. JeannieK. Come over. We’ll be here as far as we know. You can preach for CAMPUS! Dave, what’s up with all the facial expressions? WRITE, brother, WRITE. Pretend this is FIG 🙂 Good to see you, bro!=)

  2. Veteran’s Day?  I had no idea that was then.  Ha ha…there are times where you wonder about Dr. Pipim and his fashion, I think he gets away with a lot just ‘cuz he’s from the mainland.  =)

  3. Dave. Don’t you call him “Larry” like you call your other “boss” “J”? My number: 734.332.7956. Justin can also help him.Dr. Albert. The word you’re looking for is “MOTHERland”…mainland is where we live (according to Hawaii-ans) :O) (A Pr. Randy smilely face)

  4. Now that Israel has been defiled by eating swine’s flesh, does anyone know the proper cleansing process so that he can be reinstated into “the fold”?  Doesn’t it involve some sort of fasting?  (Perhaps this will help him lose some weight…hmmm…)

  5. Israel, thanks for at least thinking about buying me some peanut butter. It’s the thought that counts…..right? I hadn’t bought any when you wrote your comment, but I got some later that afternoon. And I’ve been enjoying it every day since then. 🙂 By the way, according to my Professional Writing professor (from two years ago), sometimes it’s good to begin sentences with conjunctions. It flows better, like speech. I’m all about it. I just turned in an essay with a bunch of sentences beginning with conjunctions. (I still don’t know what my grade is, though.) I hope the BOD meeting goes well this weekend.

  6. You two are so funny! Reading your post made me laugh out loud…which is not good here in the law school because everyone is quietly studying. Israel, try not to be so funny so I won’t have to cause a scene with random bursts of laughter. Anyway, I can definitely understand why people would want to be Judy! Judy makes life so exciting and interesting, even morning sickness. :DI can hardly wait to see you two later this week! Israel, how did your pizza randomly get bacon on it? You can answer that when I get to AA (Ann Arbor, not Alcoholics Anonymous). See ya!

  7. Steffyjaney…we haven’t subscribed to you yet? I promise we will…if you change your name thingy! 🙂 AND, I’m not just kidding 🙂 or should I use =) (David) or :o) (Randy)
